How a secular wedding works
I'm here to lift the veil (get it?) on what will happen on your wedding day. You can do lots of things to make your day unique to you, but I appreciate knowing where to start is difficult when this is the first and only time you'll be tying the knot. Remember, it's your day. You don't need to follow someone else's formula. I wrote this article to save you time and give you somewhere to start.

Can you ask a photographer for unedited photos?
Occasionally clients ask if I can send them all of the unedited photos from their shoot. It’s a fair request. They paid for my services as a photographer and want to keep all the moments I captured on their day. But this isn’t something anybody really wants. I promise I’ll get back to this point soon. But let me give you some context first...

After fate had them meet online, Leah converted to Judaism ahead of meeting Russell under their Chuppah, and they got hitched. My team got completely swept up in their day, and it’s all we’ve been discussing for days after.
Documentary Wedding Photographer in Essex
Here’s a sneak peek at some of my favourite moments from Ellie and Patrick’s wedding in Essex. They were married at Our Lady of Ransom Catholic Church in Rayleigh before celebrating at a working farm in picturesque Hockley. These guys and their guests were great fun, and they made sure me and Adam, my additional photographer for the day, were well looked after.

Your wedding day is one of the milestone moments. A day you and your loved ones will recall fondly for the rest of your lives. You'll tell your children stories about it, and in a few decades, you'll repeat these stories to your grandchildren. How much better will your stories be with professional photographs?
Advice on giving a wedding speech
As a wedding photographer, I've seen more speeches than I can count. I've also given a few as best man. Most of us aren't public speakers by trade, so here are the notes I've accumulated over the years in case I get asked to hold the microphone again.
